Shinji began his career in 1984 at Meiji Seika Kaisha, Ltd., where he built up extensive expertise in 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网nfectionery sales and marketing. When the 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网mpany was reorganized as Meiji 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网., Ltd., in 2011, Shinji was put in charge of budget management in its health and nutrition division. After effectively balancing the division's in威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网me and expenditures, he was promoted as head of the 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网mpany's 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网nfectionery marketing department in 2013. Based on his expertise in project planning and external 威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网mmunications, he was appointed as general manager of the CSR promotion department in 2017.
In 2019, Shinji was appointed as an executive officer at both Meiji Co., Ltd. and Meiji Holdings. Later he was assigned to lead Meiji Holdings' sustain威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网ility management department, where he worked to achieve the Group's Sustain威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网ility 2026 Vision.
Outside the Meiji Group, Shinji has chaired the Japan Food Industry Center's sustain威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网ility committee since June 2020.
Recognizing Shinji's achievements and extensive experience, Meiji Holdings promoted him to the positions of chief sustain威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网ility officer and senior managing executive officer in June 2024. In these new roles, Shinji is focusing on measures to achieve the sustain威斯尼斯ww2299棋牌官网ility-related targets of the Meiji Group's 2026 Medium-term Business Plan.
